Skills- handstand and back bend.
You don’t need a friend!
1) try you handstand into bridge on a slope. If you don’t come up come up afterwards.
2) try it again but with a friend their to push you straight up.
3) try it on a trampoline with a couple of bounces before hand.
4) once you have landed it on the trampoline, try it with a run up on a soft surface.
5) try it normally on a soft surface.
6) try it on the ground!
