Skills- handstand into bridge and come up.
1) try a handstand split.
2) start with one leg in front of you and then go into a handstand split and then land in bridge. Then come up from bridge.
3) try it from the ground to a sofa or a bed in the shape ( landing with one foot.)
4) try it on the trampoline.
5) on a small slope, run up and keep trying your front walkover until you get it.
6) do it!🤗
